I think i just saw this a couple of weeks ago - l was totally baffled but mesmerized. Just happened on it so didn't see the beginning. It seemed to be part of a trilogy which included a short of a young woman who turns into a chair. I've been looking for a rerun so I could watch the whole thing. Am I on the right track? Elizabeth
Yes, it's from the three-part film Tokyo!, which was released a few years ago. This is the second episode, if I remember correctly, and definitely my favorite one (I'm a big fan of the director, Leos Carax).
Thank you! I've been trying to figure this out. I had recorded a show on HBO and (probably) due to some timing change I got the last part of the first show (woman/chair) and the first part of tihe second then nada - I've been trying to figure out what it was since. When I saw the image of the leprechaun coming out of the manhole I knew it was from that movie! Serendipidy!
